Biography

Nadia Gueorguieva Semerdjieva has close to two decades experience in trademark and business/commercial law. Having worked as an in-house counsel for an international nutraceutical company, she has successfully identified, analyzed, and advised on all legal issues related to domestic and international undertakings. Semerdjieva is an innovative, creative, and outside-of-the-box-thinker who can find a feasible solution to almost any issue. Though she now mainly focuses on trademark protection, Nadia has been an effective and efficient business consultant, empowering businesses to grow quickly, while creating a smooth transition for both business and customers. She is skilled in creating a reliable, secure, and personable environment for the clients and businesses alike.

Graduating from the top IP law school at the time, Semerdjieva not only graduated with a separate Masters in Intellectual Property, she attained the highest level of specialized alternative dispute resolution certification, recognized nationwide. When asked: “So why did you become a lawyer in the first place?” she smiles and answers: “Because I love making the seemingly impossible, possible.” Nadia’s greatest joy is to help another to get something done that they did not even previously think it to be possible.
